Yes – with care. Gold-filled jewelry is water-resistant, meaning it can handle occasional splashes, washing hands, or light showering. However, to maximize its shine and lifespan, we recommend removing it before swimming, heavy sweating, or using harsh soaps and chemicals.

Yes! Our gold-filled and sterling silver pieces are made for real life—showers, workouts, washing dishes, even the occasional dip in the lake. Just remember: while they can handle life’s mess, they still deserve a little care to keep them shining.
