Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of
delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email us at returns@saylaveedesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll guide you from there.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All custom, sale, and personalized items are final sale.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Just reach out,
and we'll help set it up!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every piece is carefully checked before it ships, but if your item arrives damaged or there's a mix-up, please
contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll make it right, promise.
Where to Send Returns
Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and full instructions.
